Due to the nature of the decorating process all pieces will not be exactly the same and there may be a slight variation between items.  Please allow at least two weeks before your products are shipped.  Some items are prewashed before sending to stores due to the pretreatment process.  

All returns/exchanges must be post marked within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

All returns are eligible for store credit.  No refunds will be given.

 

Store credit does not expire.

All garment styles and colors can be adjusted to suit your desires. For example, if the design is shown on a crewneck it could also be made on a t-shirt or hoodie.
